This is a 3-week class designed for toddler and preschool age children and their parents/caregivers. Classes are an hour long and include touch therapy games, story massage, guided imagery and music to help your child learn how touch can help them feel more connected, calm and happy. The intent of this class is to encourage parent/child bonding and to teach stories and massage techniques to use at home.

The intent of this class is to encourage parent/child bonding and to teach stories and massage techniques to use at home.

This 3-week class is designed to teach parents the art of infant massage. Through nurturing touch, parents/caregiver will experience how touch can improve non-verbal communication and bonding with their baby. Infant massage enriches physiological, neurological, psychological and social-emotional connections for both parent and child. It also naturally relieves stress and fosters mutual trust and understanding between both caregiver and baby. Research shows there are many benefits to daily infant massage, including promoting better sleep, reducing discomfort from gas/colic, and encouraging faster weight gain.

Sibling Harmony Massage Class
(for ages 6-12 years)
This is a 3-week class designed for siblings. Classes are an hour long and include touch therapy games, story massage, music and creative movement. Simple short massage routines on the hand, back and head are taught to siblings. This class uses the body’s natural relaxation response to touch to achieve balance and harmony among siblings, keeping them calmer and more positive with their relationship. It also helps to define a healthy sense of personal boundaries.
